Wake Park
To book a Wake Park session, please log into your existing Wakesys account or create a new account using the link below:

Aqua Park & Barra Fishing Park
You can manage your booking by logging into your account on our Bookings Page using the details you made your booking with.
Alternatively, you can select the “Manage Booking” option located in your booking confirmation email.
Wake Park
To reschedule a Wake Park booking, please log into your Wakesys account that was used to make the booking.
Once logged in:
The value of your cancelled session will be refunded onto your prepaid account linked to your Wakesys account. You can then use those funds to book a future session at a time that suits you.
Aqua Park & Barra Fishing Park
Bookings cannot be directly transferred to another name. However, you can share the barcode received in your booking confirmation email. The barcode can be presented on the day and used by another person.
Wake Park
Wake Park tickets cannot be directly transferred. To change the participant, please log into your Wakesys account and cancel the session.
The value of the cancelled ticket will be returned to your prepaid Wakesys account. You can then use that credit to make a new booking for the correct participant.
If you arrive after your scheduled session time, please see our staff at the counter on arrival.
Subject to availability, we may be able to move your booking to a later session on the same day. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.
To avoid missing out, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your session start time.

Yes. Every participant must have a completed and signed waiver prior to taking part in any activities.
All participants must complete their own waiver.
If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the waiver on their behalf.
Yes. Trained Aqua Park attendants are on duty at all times while the Aqua Park is operating to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
We provide all required safety equipment and activity gear.
Please bring appropriate swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
Yes, lockers are available for hire onsite for your convenience.

The only time we need to close is in the case of lightning or extreme weather conditions. If this occurs, our team will provide further instructions regarding your booking.
Management will determine whether sessions need to be cancelled due to weather or safety concerns.
All decisions are made in accordance with our safety guidelines, with the wellbeing of our guests and staff as the highest priority.
If a session is cancelled, you will be notified via SMS and email using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Our Aqua Park attendants supervise all participants while they are on the Aqua Park.
