The Tao charges hard just like Daniel! Built to go big while still being able to flex outany nose press thanks to the Hotbox technology. We CNC the top of the core to makethe raised wakeskate centre of the board, this gives stiffness underfoot so you can gobig while allowing the tips to flex where you need it. Daniel wanted to keep it simpleon the base with minimal channeling to keep things hang up free on features, whilestill being fast on the water.
LOOSE & LOCKED IN- perfect pairing, Simple and smooth single concave running through the center of the board to concave with edge channels at the tips.
HOTBOX TECHNOLOGY – The lowered center “wakeskate” allows you to sink into the board for a more direct feel while the thickened rail keeps everything strong. Where your bindings mount, there is a mellow cant to the board that sits 2-3mm lower than the top sheet, creating an unreal planted feeling.
WOOD CORE – Using profiled paulownia wood from tip to tail for trusted stability and strength. All LF profiled cores are designed to give a solid feel between the feet and flexing on the tip and tail. As the core profiles towards the tip and tail the profile thins out to create more flex
